PIH runs a very robust agriculture/nutrition program in Haiti (and in Rwanda), with demonstration farms that teach (and employ) former patients about best practices to improve crop yield and they actually use the crops to manufacture their own Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Foods for young malnutrition patients!
