Coffee and chocolate! A collaboration between Taza Chocolate and Counter Culture coffee, Mark Overbay of Counter Culture summed up these discs as such: “The sweeter, caramel-like notes of the coffee provide a thumping bass line to the fruity top notes of the chocolate.” Sounds about right to us!

Taza combines single source, sustainably grown cacao with a small amount of locally grown guajillo chili to make a Mexicano disc with “powerful notes of citrus and smoke, with a slow-to-develop heat that’s assertive but not overwhelming.” (Taza wrote that last part. We agree.)
