Compressed delivery schedule

The delivery schedule for those two weeks will be adjusted as follows:

  • Thursday and Friday customers will receive deliveries on their normal day
  • Tuesday customers will receive their deliveries on Wednesday (12/27 and 1/3)
  • Wednesday customers will receive deliveries on Friday (12/29 and 1/5)

Cancellations

Please bear in mind that the cancellation deadline remains 10:30am two days before your scheduled delivery (late cancellations may be subject to a $20 reshelving fee). Please let us know as soon as possible if you know you will be out of town or need to cancel a delivery – the sooner the better! We can accomodate cancellation requests several months in advance in our computer system.
